Kim is a seasoned entrepreneur and business administrator with vast experience in customer service and office management.

Kim Kibble is the Co-Owner and Office Manager of Bend Custom Decks (BCD). In 2021, she and her husband Arlie acquired the company from its founder. With close to 10 years established in business by its previous owner, the Kibbles recognized an opportunity to take BCD to the next level while seeking a new entrepreneurial venture. As Office Manager, Kim’s primary responsibilities are overseeing office operations, tracking open projects, and supporting team development.

  

During her time serving BCD, Kim has successfully transitioned the company to an electronic operations environment and assembled a CRM program for effective customer management.

  

Kim’s industry expertise includes working in the fields of emergency services, insurance, trucking, and computer maintenance. Prior to BCD, Kim served as the Office Manager for Kibble Trucking Company for close to 20 years where she prepared taxes, oversaw finances, and managed all records and permits. Before this role, she was a Project Coordinator for Central Oregon Heating and Cooling. Previously, she also worked with Farmers Insurance as an insurance agent. Finally, Kim believes she gained experience in the ultimate customer service role as a 911 Dispatcher for the Prineville Police Department.

 

Kim resides in Prineville, Oregon with her husband, Arlie. Kim is passionate about giving back to the Bend community while serving the Lord through everything she does. In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with her family including her daughter, Heather, and granddaughter, Brystol.
